A few years back I was In the thick of the corporate grind. I was making great money, climbing the ladder, outwardly successful – BUT.
I went home each day exhausted, drained, and generally feeling like I was using approximately 2% of my skill set on an average day.
(Sound familiar…?)
I knew I wanted more from my life and work so I took a leap of faith. I left my safe, cushy, corporate job in the middle of a global pandemic and started a small consulting firm working with female entrepreneurs.
FAST forward…
a year and a half, and I’ve got a team of CPAs and administrative/systems professionals working with me and my clients to tackle the big, juicy problems that so many small business owners face. And we see wildly successful results every single day.
I’m in my zone of genius when a client comes to me with a problem I haven’t encountered before. I love diving in through research and discovery with my team to figure out an innovative way to solve the problem.
Not only will I mentor you, show you the path forward, and give you an execution plan – my team will come alongside you and your staff with the actual implementation of the solution. This leads to faster, bigger results in a shorter time span.
Because I can give you all the theories and ideas in the world, but I can’t give you more time.
We’re all in business for our own reasons, but mine are freedom, flexibility and the ability to jump on a plane whenever I want. I love to travel (my most recent trip was Tulum!); I love to spend time with my partner, Anthony, and our cats, Georgia and Antoinette; and I love to play tennis although I’m sh*t at it.

The Team
For nearly a decade, Alex has had the opportunity to work within and alongside businesses of all shapes and sizes to help identify and manage unique financial problems.
A love of problem-solving, numbers, and a good spreadsheet originally united Alex and Tanya – fast forward 5 years, our partnership is still going strong.
Alex is passionate about making the world of finance and taxes approachable, while ultimately equipping business owners with the tools they need to demystify the financial side of their business.
Alex has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Additionally, he expects to complete the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program during the summer of 2023.
When he’s not drinking his third cup of coffee and crunching numbers, Alex can be found kayaking in Saskatchewan lake country, splurging on his fourth meal out in a week, or exploring Canada with his partner Ben.
Alex
Erica is a tax consultant based in Toronto, Ontario. With an extensive academic background and professional experience, she has worked and consulted with complex and dynamic business environments since 2015.
Being Tanya’s mentee when working together in Saskatchewan, Erica benefited from having top-notch career coaching and supportive mentorship from a very early stage in her career. This empowered her to join Tanya’s team and pursue her passion for providing professional support to business owners as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
She particularly enjoys working closely with clients to understand and support their specific business needs through customized business and operations solutions.
Erica has a passion for education and learning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. She completed her CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program in July 2023. Her continued learning has allowed her to help her clients stay informed and confidently face the ever-evolving business landscape.
Outside work, she can be found exploring restaurants, attending concerts, or spending time with her cat.
Erica
Jacqueline Amber-Lynn grew up in the northern BC community of Prince George, where she attended College of New Caledonia’s hospitality program and was granted a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to move to Florida and work at Walt Disney World.
It was there that she developed a passion for working as part of a team and was able to hone her ability to anticipate client needs. This experience sparked her enthusiasm for travel and after living in nine different cities, across three countries, she has most recently settled in beautiful Kelowna, BC.
Her career evolved from the world of hospitality to working with professionals in various administrative roles. This experience has allowed her to collect an unparalleled understanding of the support necessary to make a business stand out and be successful.
Jacqueline loves the challenge that comes with aiding new and diverse online businesses and feels grateful that no two days are ever the same. Her attention to detail and ability to look logically at a situation makes her indispensable in isolating those solutions that will make the biggest impact on a business.
She loves the continuous growth and the opportunity to work directly with clients that she has access to as part of Tanya’s team. She thrives in her working sessions because she can simply be the accountability partner that small business owners so often need; or dive deeper into collaborative brainstorming sessions and come out with actionable items to keep things moving forward.
When she is not working, Jacqueline adores the outdoors, from hiking with her dog Stella and partner Brandon, to relaxing by the water with a good book. She is happiest in the sunshine! She is always on the lookout for the next delicious meal, the perfect summer patio, or a unique off-the-beaten-path place to relax and recharge.
