The woo-woo side of business
Iโm gonna get a little weird today and talk about the woo-woo side of my management consulting practice. ๐ ๐ป๐ ๐ป
Yes, I am a CPA and I also believe big time in my ability to use my intuition in my business.
In fact, Iโd say relying on my instincts has been tres important for helping me and my client to create multiple 7-figures in the first 11 months of the 7-Fig CEO.
But Iโll also be honest and say that Iโm the first person who struggles to talk about this.. especially in my oh-so-serious and grown-up business world.
โAre people going to think Iโve totally lost it?โ
โWill people think Iโm not professional when I say that I have a gut feeling about ABC and thatโs the only reason I can recommend it as a course of action?โ
I mean, maybe. But if youโre reading this, I know you are a tiny bit open to this convo. So letโs dive in.
Today, I want to talk about how money, energy and your rates are all interrelated. ๐
The easiest example of this is to talk about something I call โequal exchange.โ
When the same amount of energy and money is flowing in and out, you, my friend, are in a state of โcalm.โ
1๏ธโฃ You know this because your body probably feels good and you do not have anxiety diarrhea (lolllโฆ).
2๏ธโฃ You are not burnt out at the end of your work-week.
3๏ธโฃ You have found the right amount of money to charge your clients and your clients have energetically aligned themselves with that vibrational frequency.
Voila! Itโs a match.
You know you are NOT in a state of equal exchange when the following happens:
1๏ธโฃ You feel incredibly exhausted and burnt out at the end of your work-week.
2๏ธโฃ You feel like you keep giving and giving to your business, and you never seem to get ahead and no one seems happy with you.
3๏ธโฃ You donโt have enough money to make it through the month even though youโre working like a mo-fo.
Most often, if this is the case, I need you to do a few things - chief among them is MONEY MINDSET WORK.
Heh?
โ I need you to get yourself back to a place where you have standards/boundaries around your time and energy.
โ I need you to get yourself back to a place where you focus HARD on what you really desire, take all the actions you know to take to get there, and then trust that whatever you want is already moving towards you.
โ I need you to stop trying so hard to force the result you really want in your business.
