My own path to multiple 7-figures

I don’t know if you’re like me, but sometimes I bang my head against the wall when I’m trying to make a business decision.

I’ll weigh this option, that option, talk to person X, then person Y, journal, and then journal some more… etc… all the while, wondering why no solutions are coming to me.

You see, I am typically a VERY decisive, action-oriented person, but there are some times when I just can’t..

And one thing I continue to struggle with is my own path to multiple 7-figures of revenue - even though I routinely help clients hit this milestone 🤔🤔

✅ I know I was extremely fortunate to hit multiple 6-figures in my first year of business.

✅ I also know I had a lot of investments and team members to pay so it’s not as if all that cash hit my bank account and stayed lol.

But when I think about future revenue growth, I get really, really unsure about how to hit $500k in annual revenue.

  • Should I focus on more revenue per client?

  • Should I do more self-directed learning stuff?

  • Should I hire more team members?

  • Should I write more?

  • More speaking engagements?

  • More time with 1:1 clients?

Honestly, these questions are endless and maybe you can relate.

I recently read a book about scaling that was kinda sh*tty (and my apologies if you liked ‘10X is Easier Than 2X’ - it just seemed to regurgitate a lot of info I’d heard before).

However, there was one KEY takeaway for me:

“Massive goals are highly practical because they immediately separate what works from what won’t; illuminating the few paths that have the greatest efficacy.  Small goals are unable to clarify effective pathways because they’re too marginal or linear from your current location.”

Basically, I heard the author saying to me: “Tanya Marie Budd, there are many paths to $500k but there are only one or two paths to $2M in annual revenue.”

🤯🤯🤯

Even if this is true, I'm acknowledging that - based on my current situation - it feels impossible for me to get to $2M in the next 12 months.  Sure.

But let’s consider what conditions would need to be present for me to create this “impossible” amount of revenue.

Let’s complete this sentence:

It would be impossible for me to get to $2M revenue in the next 12 months UNLESS ___________________, _______________________, and _____________________ occurred.

You see, my job, as CEO is to get super fckin’ clear on the “Unless Conditions” - aka what are the stuff/people/processes/clients I'd have to have in place in order for this goal to become possible?

How can I create the “Unless Conditions”?  Well, that’s my task (and yours).

And when we focus on these specific Unless Conditions and strategies, we will always get the highest return on our time and energy.

Focusing on anything else is just noise and detracts from our efforts.

A business transformation Experience

If you have big dreams that include hitting multiple 7-figures, but you want to skip the overwhelm and sleepless nights, we should talk.  Taking on big challenges and breaking them down into bite-sized pieces is something my team and I love to do inside of the 7-Fig CEO.

I’ll help by mentoring you (and your biz partner) 1:1 to lead your business in a way that allows you to be clear on the steps you need to take to transition away from being a worker-bee to fully embodying your bold self as the leader of a multiple 7-fig business.

You’ll also get the support of my team of CPAs and admin/systems experts because I can design the most beautiful strategy/plan in the world for you, but I can’t give you more than 24hrs in your day.  My team will help you and your team with the execution and implementation of your growth goals.

Ready to take the first step towards 7-figure expansion?

Take care and talk soon,

Tanya
